I have been looking at your enquiry and see you have the details of Arthur Smith family, but this Amelia Shaw is a real problem! She appears in 1891 census aged 21 with husband Arthur and daughter Elizabeth, so based on this I would expect her to be born around 1870.

Firstly I cannot find a baptism of an Amelia, nor can I find her in 1871 nor 1881 census. My only suggestion would be to check PRO indexes of births from say 1869 to 1875 for any Amelia Shaw. I have gone as far as 1875 because we have to remember people often lied about their age.
