SHAW family history, KNOTTINGLEY I am looking for information on George Shaw, born around 1855 in Knottingley. His father was Edward Shaw born around 1823 and I believe George to be a waterman/mariner/keelman. He may have moved to Hull at some stage where he married Nancy Carmichael. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keith
