In addition to our recently introduced online quiz we are now pleased to present the first of a series of online crosswords giving you even more reasons to hang around just that little bit longer.

The crossword below is a test puzzle to allow us to evaluate the best means of publishing them and to allow you to become accustomed to playing. We are already hard at work compiling addition puzzles so you must check back often for the very latest.

If you do not have Java installed you can obtain it from java.com. If do have Java you may need to check your security settings to make sure that applets are enabled, especially if you are viewing the puzzle from your hard disk. In Windows XP you may be able to enable the applet by clicking on the yellow bar at the top of the window and selecting "Allow blocked content".
